By purchasing any item from Imaginique Enterprises whether by phone, mail (email) or in person, the buyer grants that he/she is in compliance with local and state laws and legally able to purchase those items Imaginique Enterprises makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to any matter not expressly provided herein, including without limitation, the condition, quality, design, or fitness of the knife/sword for use on any particular purpose. By acceptance of the knife/sword, purchaser agrees that Apex Resource Group shall have no liability to purchaser or any person whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of the knife/sword.

Since many of the items we sell are closeout, and because we ship from different locations, returns are accepted only if approved in writing first. A store merchandise credit is given unless otherwise approved in writing by a Manager. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs to return item to us. Item must be sent back in original box and with original package for identification purposes.  The item must be in new and unused condition and re-sellable as determined by us when received back.  No cash refunds are given. We must be notified within 5 business days of the sale date that the item needs to be returned.  We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee based on the size, weight, and type of item.

Items that have been misused or in used condition will not be accepted for return. All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable.  Any Returned Check for any reason will be subject to a $25.00 fee.

If you purchase an item, and it gets confiscated or seized, you agree to accept full responsibility for your purchase of the item..No part of your purchase price, shipping, etc. will be refunded! We cannot be expected to know the laws and restrictions of every country, state, county, city, and town.  This is solely the responsibility of the person purchasing the product, and by purchasing this item, you are agreeing to these terms. If customs picks up your items, you are accepting responsibility for said action, including any additional fees, charges, or other responsibilities for that action! We will not be held responsible. It is YOUR responsibility to know the laws of your country.

If your item(s) is/are lost or damaged, we will send you a scanned copy of your insurance information, if you purchased insurance on your item.  You are responsible for the interaction with the shipping provider. If you choose not to pay for insurance for your package, you are accepting the responsibility for your items safe delivery.  The overall size, length, and weight of the package coming to you determines which shipping company handles the shipping.

 When shipping internationally, we typically offer two choices: Surface Mail and Airmail. Surface Mail will take longer to get to you. Tracking for international shipments is not available, only insurance is available at an additional cost.  Our responsibility for the package ends once we have delivered the package to the shipping carrier, as we have no further recourse with international shippers.
